How to check my Accreditations

1. How can I check my accreditations?

• Navigate to your I-manage Pro dashboard.

• Click on your name located at the top right corner.

• Select "Your Profile" from the dropdown menu.

• Scroll down to the "Accreditations" section to view your accreditations.

2. What information will I find in the Accreditations section?

• You will find details of all your accreditations, including the product names for which you are accredited the accreditation start date and the expiry dates.

3. What should I do if my accreditation expires?

• If your accreditation expires, you will need to undergo a refresher course. Should your accreditations expire on the Imange platforms you will not be able to recommend that product and will need to update your accreditation for the respective product.

4. Who should I contact if my accreditations are expired?

• Contact your manager to arrange for updated training and accreditation. This is typically done through platforms like Moodle or QMP.

5. Do I need to contact support to update my accreditations?

• No, your accreditations will be automatically updated on the system after passing. This process usually takes a few days. 

6. What if my accreditations are still not updated on the system?

• Contact the I-manage support team via email or WhatsApp. Make sure to provide proof of passing the specific product accreditations with your request.

Step one

Navigate to your name on the top right of your I-manage Pro dashboard 

Step two

Once you have selected and clicked on your name, a drop-down menu will appear, you then select ‘Your Profile’ 

The page will update and a new view will appear. It will display all your details, accreditations, licences, linked managers and much more information required to use of the system

Once you have selected your profile section the page will update and display all your details loaded onto the system

Step three

Scroll down or move the cursor down the page until you see the section called Accreditations, you will then select the drop-down to open up and view the accreditations details.

You will then be able to return to the dashboard by selecting the Home on the top of the page.
